10am BALANCE set to an inspiring & calming musical background. Aiming to stretch, strengthen and relax.

1130am - 1245pm BEGINNERS

 

Over the course of 5 sessions you will gently build towards a beautiful flow sequence. As the same time each class is designed to stretch, strengthen and then relax with a calming mediation. You will learn yogic breathing, floor work and key standing postures.

Duration 5 x 75 mins classes.

Monday Evening  @ Lower Bebington Methodist Church

6.15-7.15 pm GENTLE YOGA 

Ideal for beginners, those with injuries & new mums. Learn how to flex and strengthen with meditation to end. You will leave feeling balanced and relaxed.

 

7.30-8.30 pm HATHA & VINYASSA FLOW 

Strong Hatha and gentle vinyassa flow mix. A relaxing meditation to finish. Ideal for those who want to challenge themselves a little!
