Small groups have a specialist focus. Each group is specially chosen based on the stage of practice or recovery challenge. Each group member will have a pre-chat to understand their story and to ensure that their journey is as supportive and enjoyable as can be.
After your chat with Helen-Marie, you will be invited to join a group of four or you are welcome to form your own private group.
You are required to commit to a minimum of 5 sessions so that the group can progress together and share achievement and encouragement with each other.
Morning Yoga - a full body sequence to get you stretched and poised for the day. A energy building flow, followed by powerful standing postures, gentle floor work and mediation to create space and bring balance to you day.
Yoga for sensitive knees - adapted from my own research and experience of having to deal with acute and chronic knee pain. Strengthening the legs, hips and taking care of our knees.
Meditative Yoga - a gentle relax and release yoga sequence allowing you to go inward to focus on what feels good in mind and body. A simple practice involving meditation that will create the foundation for calm and inner peace.
