This workshop is about discovering the work that you were born to do. In yoga we call it dharma, our truth, and the work that lights us up.
As we make our way through life it's easy to loose track of who we are and what is possible. We play small, have the same crazy conversations over in our heads, hope that one day we'll find the courage to change. But that inner voice won't go away until you 'have a go.' Until you value yourself. Ignoring it only leads to malaise, depression and regret.
You will be amazed at what is possible. Don't allow another year....or ten, or more to pass.

Strip away all the old worn out, crappy stories, the layers of unhelpful beliefs, habits and obligations and discover your bigger story underneath. Remeber what lights you up and leave with a sense of renewal and inspired to take the next step.

Set to the backdrop of Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey, we draw on the ancient wisdom of the Bagavad Gita as well as neuroscience and current psychological research. Marie will take you through anecdotes from her own life transitions as well as what she's observed working as a coach and psychologist with hundreds of clients. Marie will help you to clarify your truth, explore your potential and align with Your Bigger Story.

Before the workshop you will receive:
- a call to understand your current story
- a suggested reading list and a video to watch
- an self-exploratory exercise
- a psychological strengths based questionnaire (15 mins to complete on-line)

Wear comfy clothes, bring a blanket, yoga mat and cushion or bolster.
Bring a journal and some coloured pens.
Basic craft material will be provided to create your talisman, (bring extra materials you enjoy). Tea, coffee, water and treats are available

Frequently asked questions...
Q). I have never done yoga ?
A) No experience is necessary. If you can breathe you can do yoga.
Q). Why do we need to have a telephone call before I join the workshop ?
A) To ensure that this workshop is mutually right for both of us at this time
Q) I am nervous about sharing within a group?
A) That's understandable. Learning to share is a part of personal transformation
Q) I am afraid in case I fail?
A) Most people are terrified of trying and failing - we've been conditioned to believe that failure is something to be avoided at all costs. The only real failure is not trying something in the first place, or giving up after a few failed attempts. Success is built through failure - not through avoidance of risk of failure.
Q) I don't have the money to do this workshop?
A) Often this feels like a compelling reason. I understand, I've been there. But for the price of a visit to the hairdresser you could change the course of your life.
The voice inside your head is hoping you will take a chance on yourself.
Invest wisely and create a life you don't need to escape from.
Q) I'm not sure I have the time to do this workshop?
A) We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Annie Dillard wrote "How we spend our days, is of course, how we spend our lives." Time passes quickly. Choose your priorities carefully.
Q) I should be able to do this by myself?
A) Most people don't. I didn't. I found my own teachers, workshops, books, yoga teachers, nutritionists and supportive community. It's taken me a while and I couldn't have done it without them all.
